Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment
All services and event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits are required to secure bookings and will be applied toward your total balance. Full payment for all services is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled appointment or event.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking and more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service or event.

For events requiring travel, an additional deposit may be required to cover airfare, accommodations, and related expenses. All travel-related deposits are non-refundable unless refundable travel options have been purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments or events canceled with less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee.

Travel & Expenses
If travel is required, all airfare and accommodations must be booked at the time of contract signing. Airfare and related travel expenses are non-refundable unless a refundable ticket is purchased. Should client-requested changes impact travel plans, any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

Confidentiality
All private sessions and communications are confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through sessions, courses, and materials is the intellectual property of Harmonic Bliss Wellness™ and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
